Daily schedule includes two classes posture Asana, two sessions Satsang (meditation, recite poems and lectures) and two vegetarian meals nutritious, attractive. You can join with experience levels, from easy to difficult exercises of the body. Yoga posture exercises, deep breathing, relaxing in a clean natural environm...ent, nutrition and eating properly, positive thinking, and meditation are the main contents of this program.
